PRIVACY POLICY
株式会社アリスマティック（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社が提供するサービスをご利用になる利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に関する法律(以下「個人情報保護法」といいます)を遵守すると共に、利用者の個人情報の管理に細心の注意を払うものとします。
1.個人情報について
「個人情報」とは、個人に関する情報であって、氏名、住所、生年月日、年齢、性別、住所、電話番号、家族構成、電子メールアドレス、ID、IPアドレス、勤務先、所属、勤務先住所、勤務先電話番号、クレジットカード番号、銀行口座番号、訪れたホームページの情報、苦情、ご相談またはお問い合せの情報等であって、これらのうちの1つあるいは2つ以上を組み合せることによって、特定の個人を識別できるものを指します。
2.利用目的
当社は、利用者が本サービスを利用することで取得した個人情報を次の目的のために利用させて頂きます。

3.利用制限

4.個人情報の取得方法
（1）当社は、利用者が本サービスを利用した範囲において、利用者の個人情報を取得します。
（2）その他の個人情報の取得については、適正かつ公正な方法によって行い、利用者の意思に反する不正な方法により取得いたしません。
5.取得に関する通知
当社は、利用者が本サービスを利用することによる取得以外の方法で個人情報を取得する場合には、その利用目的を事前に通知または公表します。利用目的が変更された場合にも、本サービスにおいて公表します。
6.個人情報の管理
当社は、利用者の個人情報を適切かつ安全に管理します。
7.管理の委託
当社は、取得した個人情報の取扱いを委託する場合があります。その場合、その受託者と必要な契約を締結し、受託者が個人情報を適切に管理するよう監督します。
8.個人情報の第三者への提供
当社は、利用者の個人情報について、原則として利用者の同意なくして第三者に提供しません。但し、以下の場合はこの限りではありません。
（1）当社が本サービス等の一部を業務委託し、委託業務の遂行に必要な範囲で提供する場合
（2）法令により開示又は提供が認められる場合
9.個人情報の開示
当社は、利用者から当該個人の個人情報の開示を求められた場合は、その開示に応じます。但し、以下の場合には、その全部又は一部を開示しない場合があります。
（1）利用者本人又は第三者の生命・身体・財産その他の権利を害するおそれがある場合
（2）開示に応じることが当社の業務遂行に著しい障害を生じさせる場合

10.個人情報の訂正等
当社は、利用者ご本人から当該利用者の個人情報の訂正・追加等を求められた場合には、当該利用者ご本人であること及び訂正等の正確性を確認させて頂いた上、合適切な対応をします。
11.免責
次に掲げる場合には、第三者による個人情報の取得に関し、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
（1）利用者ご本人が当社サービスの機能または別の手段を用いて第三者に個人情報を明らかにした場合
（2）利用者が当社サービス上に入力した情報等により、個人が識別できてしまった場合
12.プライバシーポリシーの改定について
当社は、予告なくしてプライバシーポリシーの全部又は一部を改定することがあります。変更した場合には、該当のサービスウェブサイト等でお知らせします。

Arithmetic Inc (referred to below as Arithmetic) swears to protect the privacy of our customers under the below conditions as required by law. (Personal Information Protection Law)
1.About Personal Information
Any complaints or consultations received will need either 1, 2, or more of the following in order to identify the user: (the following is considered personal information) Name, address, birthday, age, sex, phone number, family structure, email address, ID, IP address, place of work, place of work’s phone number, credit card number, bank account number, information provided on our website.
2.Purpose of use
Arithmetic uses the above information to provide the following services:
（1）To provide this service.
（2）In order to provide service to companies we see fit for services or products.
（3）Marketing data for this service.
（4）In order to prevent wrongful use of our service.
3.Period of use
Arithmetic promises to keep the personal information safe for the purpose of use unless one of the following conditions occurs:
（1）When required by law to provide the information.
（2）When a user’s life or estate is seen to be at risk and we cannot get consent of the person in question.
（3）When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of healthy fostering of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.
（4）In cases where it is necessary for a national agency or a local public entity or a person entrusted with it to cooperate in carrying out the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations and obtaining the consent of the user in question, will interfere with the execution of the affairs.
4.How to obtain the personal information
（1）Arithmetic acquires the personal information of all users who use this service.
（2）Acquisition of other personal information will be done in a fair manner and will not be acquired by an unfair method against the users will.
5.Acquisition Notification
When we acquire personal information by a method other than the user using this service, we will notify or announce the use purpose in advance. Even when the purpose of use is changed, it will be announced in this service.
6. Management of personal information
Arithmetic will properly and safely manage personal information of users。
7. Outsourcing management
Arithmetic may entrust handling of acquired personal information to an outsourced management company. In that case, a contract with the trustee is necessary and Arithmetic will supervise the trustee to properly manage personal information.
8. Provision of personal information to third parties
Generally, Arithmetic will not provide personal information of users to third parties without the user's consent. However, in the following cases this may not hold true:
（1） In cases where Arithmetic outsources a part of this service etc. and finds it necessary for carrying out consignment work.
（2） When disclosure or offer is permitted by law.
9. Disclosure of personal information
Arithmetic will respond when the individual requests us to disclose the personal information of the individual. However, in the following cases, we may not disclose all or part of it.
（1）When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property or other rights of the user himself or a third party.
（2）Where it is a serious obstacle to our business to execute the request of disclosure.
（3）In case of violating laws and ordinances
10. Correction of personal information
When Arithmetic is asked to correct, or add personal information of the user, Arithmetic will take the appropriate measures to confirm the accuracy of the corrected information.
11.Disclamer
In the following cases, we are not responsible for retracting personal information on a third party. （1） When the user himself identified the personal information to a third party using the function of Arithmetic's service or another means.
（2）In case the individual can be identified by the information etc. entered by the user on our service.
12. About revision of privacy policy
We may revise all or part of our privacy policy without prior notice. In case of change, we will inform you on the corresponding service website etc.

주식회사 아리스매틱 (이하 [당사]라고 합니다.)은, 당사가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하게 되는 이용자의 프라이버시를 존중하며, 개인 정보 보호와 관련한 법률 (이하[개인 정보 보호법]이라고 합니다.)를 준수 하며 이용자의 개인 정보 관리에 세심한 주의를 하겠습니다.
1. 개인 정보와 관련하여

3. 이용 제한

10. 개인 정보의 정정등
당사는 이용자 본인으로부터 해당 이용자의 개인 정보의 정정 · 추가 등을 요구받는 경우에는 해당 이용자 본인이며 정정 등의 정확성을 확인한 후에 적절한 대응을 합니다.
11. 면책
다음의 경우에는 제３자에 의한 개인 정보의 취득과 관련하여 당사는 일체의 책임을지지 않습니다.
(1) 이용자 본인이 당사 서비스의 기능 또는 다른 수단을 이용하여 제３자에게 개인 정보를 공개 한 경우
(2) 이용자가 당사 서비스 이용중 입력 한 정보 등에 의하여 개인 식별 가능할 경우
12. 개인 정보 보호 정책의 개정에 관하여
당사는 사전 예고없이 개인 정보 보호 정책의 전부 또는 일부를 개정 할 수 있습니다. 변경 한 경우에는 해당 서비스의 웹 사이트 등에서 알려드립니다.
